Across the North sea, the oversea trade merchants (Hanse) formed the guilds from the north of German towns. A major port on the Weser river is Bremerhaven. Bremen is a commercial and industrial city at the south of the Weser. Many international companies have their headquarters here.

Café de Paris is a kind of butter sauce, created by a restaurant in Geneve, Switzerland called "Entrecôte Café de Paris":
Curiousity about a well-known mineral water led us to visit a town called "San Pellegrino". This sign post confused tourists as it did not point to where the visitors should go. It points to the entrance only for the transportation of the company. (Do not follow this sign post!!!)
